Tammy McLeod is currently the President and CEO of the Flinn Foundation, a private foundation with a mission to improve the quality of life in Arizona to benefit future generations. As CEO, she is responsible for a $275 million endowment and for cultivating relationships and opportunities for enhancement of the Foundations four pillars of biosciences, arts and culture, civic leadership, and higher education.
Prior to joining the Flinn Foundation, she worked at Arizona Public Service, a subsidiary of the Pinnacle West Capital Corporation (NYSE: PNW) where she served in executive roles for functions including Marketing, Customer Service, Corporate Affairs, Economic Development, Energy Planning and Commodity Markets.
Active in the Arizona community, Tammy currently serves on the boards of the Desert Botanical Garden, Greater Phoenix Economic Council, The Nature Conservancy, Arizona and the Arizona Community Foundation.
She holds a Doctorate of Sustainability from Prescott College, a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Colorado. She is a designated CEcD by the International Economic Development Council.
Tammy enjoys the arts, spending quality time in nature, and traveling. Her favorite job is that of being a wife and mom.
